Note: My ISP recently decided that they will no longer host web sites and shut everything down. I am in the process of moving the content to new home (this is the new home). Currently I have had time only to grab all the data and dump it into some basic pages. I hope to have time to overhaul the layout, formating and navigation soon. The current state is a bit of mess.
